Integrated inductor, also known as molded inductor, includes magnet and winding body, and surface mount inductor. Different from traditional power control inductor, integrated inductor is mainly made by winding first, and then filling and die-casting metal magnetic material powder. The pins are led out from the side and then bent to form. In integrally molded inductors (inductor molding), they have the same dimensions. The same inductance can be compared with other types of inductive currents. When it has small DC resistance characteristics, it can reduce noise, improve reliability and the like.

The main technology is applied to various types of power filter circuits, especially the CPU power supply part. The inductor is developed at the same time and has high mechanical reliability, which is often used in electronic products of automobile industry. With the main frequency of computer CPU and the running memory of mobile phone getting higher and higher, the requirements for stable power supply and filtering are getting higher and higher. The appearance of integrated inductor just solved this problem. It can work for a long time under the condition of heavy current, and provide stable power supply for the CPU. In this respect, the integrated inductor is not inferior, with good material characteristics and special design, which makes the inductor structure more stable, lower resistance, good seismic performance and very high conversion efficiency. With the smaller and smaller size of electronic information products in China, the demand for power is increasing, and the electronic equipment components are also developing to small size and high power.
Compared with the traditional molded inductor, the integrated inductor has the following seven advantages:
(1) Fully enclosed magnetic shielding structure, with closed magnetic circuit, strong anti-electromagnetic interference, close magnetic core and coil, which can avoid noise and be installed on high-density buildings;
(2) Low-loss alloy powder is used for die casting, which has low impedance and strength;
(3) The integrated inductor has firm structure, high product precision, durability and no rust;
(4) It has the characteristics of small volume, large current, excellent temperature rising current and saturated operation current at high temperature;
(5) Imported raw materials are elected and the workmanship is fine;
(6) High inductance, small leakage inductance and longer service life than ordinary inductance;
(7) Integrated inductors are mostly used in graphics cards, tablet computers, notebook computers, vehicle-mounted equipment, DC/DC converters and communication equipment, and are suitable for high-reliability vehicles, military, medical, aerospace and other industries;
