Temperature fuse, also known as thermal fuse link (national standard GB9816.1-2013), is a kind of temperature sensing circuit cutting device. Temperature fuse can induce abnormal overheating of electrical and electronic products, thus cutting off the circuit and avoiding fire. So what are the "temperature measurement" standards for temperature fuses? The following is compiled by Shunhai Science and Technology Xiaobian, and the specific related contents are referred to.
The standard definition of "measuring temperature" of temperature fuse is as follows
Preparation equipment: one silicone oil pool type action temperature measuring instrument and two thermometers.
(1) the current of the temperature fuse shall not exceed 10mA;;
(2) First, raise the oil pool temperature to Tf-12℃ (for A4-F products, raise the oil pool temperature to 118℃ first), and then put in the temperature fuse, preferably keep the temperature for 30 meters after putting in the temperature fuse;
(3) Then put the product into the oil pool, place the temperature sensor at the same time, keep it at room temperature for 2 hours, raise the temperature at a speed of 0.5℃~1℃ per minute, and operate under the condition that the current is less than 100mA, and the obtained fusing temperature is the actual operating temperature of the temperature fuse;
(4) The temperature probe should be placed near the temperature fuse, preferably close to the temperature fuse;
(5) The temperature fuse has no short circuit within the specified temperature -OK, others-NG;
