I. The principle of organic thermal fuse is explained as follows.

II. The principle of alloy thermal fuse is explained as follows.
Alloy thermal fuse structure is divided into square shell type and porcelain tube type, and their working principles are the same.
 
Principle: Fusible gold wire is connected between two pins of the temperature fuse, and special resin covers the Fusible gold wire. Current can flow from one pin to another. When the temperature around the temperature fuse rises to its working temperature, the molten alloy is easy to melt, shrinks into a sphere with the help of surface tension and special resin, and adheres to the ends of two pins. In this way, the circuit will be permanently cut off.
