In the linear charger, the self-recovery fuse is connected in series with the primary circuit and thermally coupled with the transformer coil to prevent the secondary short circuit overcurrent fault and coil overheating fault, so as to meet the requirements of IEC/UL. In the Switch mode, the self-recovery fuse can be thermally combined with the Switch transistor to prevent the transistor from being damaged due to overcurrent.
