Answer: Without excluding the equipment working protection, the self-recovery fuse will not change between normal state and working state. During operation, the resistance changes from low to high. Under high resistance condition, there is still a small amount of fault current. This small fault current is enough to keep it in a high resistance state. After troubleshooting, it can be cooled to a low resistance state.
