1、 Surface Mount (SMD) Series
Specially designed for high-density circuit boards, featuring standardized dimensions and fast response, covering low to medium voltage application scenarios:
1. Standard SMD models (such as 1206, 2920, etc.)
Package specifications: including mainstream sizes such as 0603L, 0805L, 1206L, 1210L, 1812L, 2920L, etc.
Electrical parameters:
Maintain current: 0.05A-3A (e.g. FSMD0751206R is 0.75A, FSMD1252920R is 1.25A)
Working voltage: 6V-33V (e.g. 2920 package supports 33V)
Advantages: Low internal resistance (minimum 0.09 Ω), lead-free and environmentally friendly, compatible with reflow soldering, suitable for USB devices, hard disk protection, and mobile phone ports.
2. High voltage SMD models (FRVL/FRX series)
Voltage Expansion: FRVL supports 120V (such as FRVL100120F), FRX supports 60V (such as FRX30060F).

Voltage support: up to 16VDC, withstand short-circuit current of 100A
